Little Sister

Updated on August 6, 2015

Little Sister

Born a year apart

looking like twins.

A bond we shared

like no other.

You left mother arms

before one.

Too young to understand.

My other half.

My twin.

My sister.

Has left me

for good.

Time has passed

I realized

my other half

left me

for good.

Little Sister

Sad and heart touching. It is always most painful to lose a sibling.

How sad; there is a great bond between many siblings, especially those close in age. A touching verse.
