No Gravestone

Updated on January 1, 2012
Source

Another year has passed.

Gone the way of all years.

There is no gravestone

To mark its resting place.

No black-dressed

mourners weep in sorrow.

No one lays flowers

Beside a cold tomb.

All that remains are shadows...

Memories of once-real times.

i feel like a year past is something to be cherished and not mourned. a year that i can look back on in future times and smile about. not forget.

      document: photos. journals. save calendars.

life spent is not life wasted.

awesome writing style. loved the way the message was conveyed.
