Now Lost in Time
Now Lost in Time by Diana Pierce
There once was a castle,
Neglected from care,
It reeked with ammonia,
Was left in despair,
No carriage will park,
Out front any more,
The visitors there,
They walk on all fours.
Rough weather intakes,
A shingle or door,
No care is given,
Not there anymore.
Through the decades,
Now lost in time,
Hides history’s past,
As well as its crimes.
