Christian Prayer Poem For Cristina

I wrote this poem in response to someone who posted in the Hubpages Question forum, requesting a poem named "Cristina." The poem defines the Christian meaning of "Cristina" and a heartfelt prayer-blessing over her life.

The name "Cristina"
literally means Christian,
A follower or believer in Christ.
I don’t know if that is your faith;
but for me,
it’s a wonderful way of life.

Cristina is a beautiful name
and I imagine a dear sweet girl.
Writing this poem is my pleasure and
an opportunity to bless your world.

Although I do not know you,
my sentiment is sincere,
So please receive this offering
of encouragement and prayer:

Cristina I pray grace and mercy
will follow you all of your days.
And may God dispatch His angels
to keep and protect you always.

May you know that His unconditional love
is not determined by what you do.
There is nothing on earth or in heaven
that can separate God’s love from you.

All things are possible with God;
on Him you can rely and call.
He is able and willing to help you;
He will pick you up whenever you fall.

(3 John 2) "Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well."
