"Passage" the Pathway to Eternal Life (Prose)
The pathway to eternal life takes a passage, Jesus Christ is our free passage to the Heavenly Father, The blood He shed is the path we must all take,
A passage is an entrance and exit too, It is an entry point for entering into relationship with God, An exiting point from sin and all self destruction,
This avenue leads to transformation and change, Oftentimes, we read the Word of God, and we refer to it as a "passage",
What we learn transports us to successful living, Just like a motor vehicle is our passage to go from one point to the next,
There is a pathway we embark upon every time we read God's Word, in it lies the potential to take us places we have never been before,
We travel through these passages as they shape our destiny, and clear our pathway to God, But, it is a process,
Where is this passage leading and where are we going? We move closer towards God, We are learning how to walk God's corridors with holiness and purity,
There is also an exit point that only leads to the next passage into life, The pathway which by God's will defines our purpose and gives us direction,
What is my purpose and why the passage? It is God's path to life abundantly, and His predetermined roadmap, so that as the redeemed we say so,
We need understanding, knowledge and wisdom to navigate through this life and so that we stay on God's course, and not be detoured,
A passage of Scripture is a road which is leading us somewhere, to greater truths, thoughts, intents, motives, desires, and to higher heights and deeper depths, providing us with values,
A passage leads to a destination paved by truth, principles, counsels, exhortations, prophecies, parables, precepts, and instructions on how to do things God's way,
The passage is for our ultimate good, exiting and forsaking our own paths for the process of passage, is choosing the righteousness of Christ,
Moving us from faith to faith, and glory to glory, We are being changed and we renew our thinking, Knowing that change is the only constant,
Change that equips us for the best we can be and for the better, and never for the worse, We have the right to this passage through Jesus Christ,
The passage will enable us to ask God to show us His way, teach us His paths, and to lead us in His way and everlasting truth, prayer becomes our passage,
He is the God of our salvation, and we need passages to pass from death to life, from life to eternal life, where there is absolute light,
We exit the darkness and look towards the absolute light which extinguishes and makes all darkness disappear, Passage must be experientially our personal reality,
Level to level, we pass to the next stage of maturity, and climb the next rung wherever passage leads, Value passage, it is your pathway to God,
There are diversities of passages in Christ Jesus and every path leads to the Merciful Father, because Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. Now, I ask you, isn't that the path to life? I call it passage.
