Most of the people from Pakistan are very miserable because they are not able to earn their livelihood within their country because there are many many talented people in Pakistan and they can really prove their abilities in the different disciplines but majority of these talented people can't get the jobs or the better jobs to earn their livelihood for themselves and their families because:

The Current Education System In Pakistan Is Not Productive

There is an education system within Pakistan but it is a bitter reality that it is not a productive system at all because this system can't provide the people enough jobs according to their needs.

Almost all the nation is educated in the same way which can't really help the people of Pakistan to earn their livelihood according to their discriminative abilities because all the people have different abilities and the different talents within them but the education system in Pakistan is forcing the people to run after the same profession as if some people goes for the survey profession, the majority of the people follow them and if some people goes after the teaching profession, the majority of the people follow them and it becomes a trend to run after the same profession and this happens because the unproductive educational system within the country where all the nation is being taught alike without caring the discriminative abilities and the discriminative talents of the different people.

What Is The Productive Education System?

The productive education system is a system that produces the different professional people for the different professions and this is possible only then there is an educational system which educates the different children according to their discriminative abilities and the discriminative talents and in this way the educational system can produce many engineers, many doctors, many scientists, many lawyers, many craftsmen, many mathematicians, and many more professionals according to their abilities and according to their talents who really can serve the country because if the education system will get better, definitely the country will be able to create more job opportunities and this will really help the people of Pakistan to earn their livelihood and the country also will run to it's peak.

How To Get The Productive Education System?

Now I'll tell you that how to get the productive education system within the country of Pakistan?

So:

Elementary Education Is The Base To Get A Productive Education System

To get the productive education system within the country, the elementary school education is most important because it is the base for every child who starts to get his or her education and the authorities in Pakistan really need to make this base a strong base and I have some suggestions in this regard:

1.Educate every Child According To His Or Her Discriminative Abilities And Talents

As I mentioned earlier that the different people have the different abilities and the different talents within them and they need the different kinds of the education according to their talents and according to their abilities.

So the elementary school education is the key for the children from Pakistan because every child has some discriminative skills within him and the elementary school education department in Pakistan really need to recognize the different talents within the school children and this is the base where to decide that who will go in the engineering field? Who will go in the medical field? Who Will go in the field of Science? Who will go in the economics field? Who Will become a craftsman? Who will become a mechanic or an auto mechanic? And so on.

In this way the people of Pakistan will get ease to decide for their professions and will get more chances to earn their livelihood respectfully within their country or outside the country according to their discriminative talents and the abilities.

2.There Should Be A Special Department In Every Elementary School To Decide Or Suggest The Professions For The Children According To Their Abilities

There should be a special department in every elementary school to decide or suggest the professions for the children according to their discriminative abilities and the talents and this department must be consist on the experts such as the psychologist, and the instructor, and this department will need to decide or suggest the different subjects and the different professions for the different children according to their different abilities and the different talents and this department will need to arrange the meetings with the children, with their parents, and with their teachers before deciding or suggesting their future.

These meetings will need to be arranged in a friendly and the cooperative environment and the children will be the central figures of these meetings and they will be the final authorities to decide for their future because no other person knows better than a person knows himself and this will really help the children to choose their subjects and their professions according to their special abilities and talents and their confidence definitely will get higher and higher and whatever they will learn, they will learn with a great interest and the zeal and they will learn without any kind of the pressure because nobody will force them to learn something against their wills and in this way they will be able to make their future bright and will get the better chance to earn the better livelihood for them, then they will go into their practical life.

3.Need To Establish The Different Departments For The Education Of The Different Disciplines And The Professions Within The Educational Institutions

Now the authorities will need to establish the different departments for the education of the different disciplines and the different professions within all the educational institutions such as the schools, the colleges, the universities because we know that everybody can't be a doctor, everybody can't be an engineer, everybody can't be a scientists, everybody can't be a mechanic, or everybody can't be a writer.

So the different people need the different kinds of education according to their different talents and the different abilities and then off course they need the different kind of the professions according to their discriminative skills and for this they really need the productive education for them and that is only possible if they get the different departments for the different disciplines within all the educational institutes in Pakistan.

In this way Pakistan can produce the different people for the different professions who can really have some special and extra abilities.

But remember that:

Need To Produce The Jobs According To The Production Of The Education

And finally and most importantly the government of Pakistan will need to produce enough jobs for the people of Pakistan according to the production of the education.

In this regard the authorities in Pakistan also will need to create more jobs in the different sectors for the professional people of Pakistan who will be able to work for the different sectors as the professionals of their own fields.

In this way the people of Pakistan will be able to earn their livelihood as the result of the production of the educational system within their country.
