Love Unnamed
Love falls on fainted breath,
On a whisper,
On a feverish promise.
That in our time together we have possessed such tremendous feeling.
It makes all words redundant,
For which I am left reeling.
These memories that I take with me will never allow me to be foreboding,
I express my content at knowing I spent just a second within your arms.
Knowing we shall not part,
Capturing my emotions, with every awaiting beat of your heart.
For you have every essence of me,
Which is forever yours unconditionally.
As the depth of my desire for you is endless and forever yearning,
It burns and cuts me to the core,
But this pain is not for turning.
It soothes me to know the extent of what I can endure for you.
The lengths in which I would go,
That I know you would too.
Now I take a step into the darkness,
But I am no longer consumed by its emptiness.
No matter how far apart we drift,
I carry you in heart, body, mind and spirit.
I draw on you as the strength within,
My sole desire, My soul mate,
My completion.
