Poem - You're so blind
You visited once in a blue moon
You never saw the good
You judge - when God is the only judge
You ordered
You manipulated
You blackmailed
You abused power
Of course he cracked
All you could do was tower
Gleefully proclaiming your righteousness
You and your orders trampled
You hurt my family
Cutting me so deeply in the process
You will never know it
You didn't want to know it then
You won't know it know
Just keep on shutting your eyes
Blindly busting the precious jar on the potters wheel
About - You're so blind
This was written over ten years ago by me, I have slightly edited since its original write in my artistic diary.
Where the subject of my poem is blind, not physically, its a selective blindness. This caused my eyes to be open, and my semi sheltered life to be questioned and really begin a soul searching process that was quite unpleasant.
