Smile Therapy
Smile therapy : a poem written to remind ourselves of the benefits of smiling
You spread across my face like cirrus clouds on a feathery windy day in the sky
You paint my face a natural beauty like wings of a red admiral butterfly
Smile you are my joy deliver
Yes you are my stress reliever
Like a blazing fire place you warm up the room
Now to our honeymoon like a bride and her groom
As we travel on the hills of life as students of their up's and down's
I shall forever remember our vow's
Life with out you is like an essay of a thousand words with no vowels
You disinfect my thoughts from germs of ending this precious gift with a rope
You make life an easy and effortless ride like a cyclist on a declining slope
You lower my high paced heart rhythm
You strengthen my immune system
Science tell's stories of how I fell in love with you in my mother's womb
You increase the distance between a man and his tomb
Your beautiful and lawful murder of myself destructive anger
Then you gently remove the crown off the head of the sickening king Frown
Truly truly you are medicine
You tickle my brains like a feather dancing under my nose
My brains bursts in laughter realising 100% pure painkillers endorphins
The citizens of my veins are well protected by two crime combating units " Dopamine " and "Serotonin "
From the ruthless mercy less murderer high blood pressure
The role played by a simple smile is major
