Poetry of love and parting

Love of Children for Their Playmates

Love for a season

So many lifetimes we live, all meshing into the present one. We learn to love in various situations as we pass through seasons of life.

When we are very young, it is considered a "schoolgirl or boy crush". Those around us tease and joke about our latest "puppy love". To us it is so very sweet and real, and then the time comes to skip on out into the sunset, awaiting the next lesson to be learned, just over the hill.

As adults, we are always searching for the perfect love. We are sure our soul mate is just around the next corner--and so we search, from one love to another.

Some times we know in the beginning that it is only for a season, however, we choose to enjoy each day until......

Wings to Soar, Tender Feelings

Suddenly the light came back into my life
Suddenly the light came back into my life
wings to soar
wings to soar

Poem of love

Suddenly the light came back into my world.

My heart became warm, overflowing with

tender feelings to share.

It seems my spirit suddenly has wings to soar to

someplace made especially for me

and one who chooses to share

a gentle, loving, space in time,

where outside hurts and sadness can not intrude.

Photos tell the story

Come walk with me
Come walk with me
We will smother each other with affection
We will smother each other with affection

Come walk with me ..and we will smother each other

with affection, kindness, and caring

as neither of us have experienced before.

and should the time come for parting,

know that you have brought something special

into my life and never look back with tears.
