Prone To Wander
Just as you think things are going your way,something happens and it's back to square one.
Thinking too much
As I wander through time,I surmise my intention
Thoughts can be deadly,dare not mention
Wandering minds can make emotions fly
You see things not there,artificial high.
I feel imaginative most of the time
I rest my head,feels like a crime.
Over Active imagination,is it a good thing
Can often impress,feel like a king.
If I practise in theory every single thought
Maybe later in time,a lesson would be taught.
We don't always practise what we preach
Life is a lesson,we all need to teach
We all need to think,feed the imagination
While not always giving in to temptation.
You try to be fair,you passing out what your feeling
While hope upon hope,their mind you are healing.
Good intentions are kind of overrated
Sometimes your action are often debated.
Did he do right,while doing his best
Was it all a figment,or a real life test.
You never know immediately,time reveals all
Then inevitably your intentions will rise or fall.
All you can do,is to try your best
Not everything in life is designed as a test.
Can you do right ,or can you do more wrong?
Out for a wander.
You go through daily life trying to please one and all.but,not everyone is happy with your intentions.you can't please everyone all of the time,I'm happy pleasing some of the people some of the time.
General members of the public you meet are most of the time ok,I try to be polite as that's the way I was raised,even when you are trying to be your politest ,even this can be thrown back in your face,my motto,try not to let these people get you down,the chances they are so miserable in their own lives,they get moments of levity making others unhappy.

stuff people's opinions
stuff the rest
chill out and de-stress
your brains in a mess.
take a deep breath
take a time out
you'll feel much better
of this I have no doubt.
Don't think too hard.
everyone has dreams,I dream a fair proportion of the time.i dilly dally along sometimes not giving much thought to my days progression.I think it's good for you not to think too much,to give your mind a chance to revamp.An opportunity for it to reboot itself. Day dreaming gives my over taxed brain a chance to repair itself,to distress. Day dreaming I think us very good for you.
If you go around stressed all day and night,your a heart attack waiting to happen. Everyone needs a bit of ME time each day.Even five minutes of quiet can have an amazing affect on your mental state.
Stress the killer.
Statistics are frightening.The amount of people suffering from a heart condition due to stress has quadrupled over the last ten years.A lot of these cases end up with people either suffering a stroke or even a heart attack.nothing is more importat than heart health.Doctors give out advice all the time on how to cope with stress,but if the advice is ignored,it's only downhill for some.its up to the person stressed out to look after themselves.If they don't,all the best advice in the world will fall on deaf ears.No one will look after your heart except for yourself.Your heart is a complicated organ,but looked after properly,it will last you a lifetime.Its not the hardest organ to look after compared to the brain or lungs for example.If you take time out to do a few things to keep your ticker strong,you can only benefit from it.

take a chill pill
it improves your health.
take a minute each day
think of your own being
the change in your face
everyone will be seeing.
