Pure life

Updated on February 23, 2016

When I die, I want to be like the sky,

Like when the clouds smile, I then close my eyes,

I imagine life then heart subsides,

Wow! how this tears from my eyes feel so real life,

Can I know this moment now and forever, and maybe live twice,

As I breathe tonight, My life feels right,

Like I want to sleep, but my eyes sense the light,

Find me now; again and again,

So that I may dream, I am flying high as a kite,

So that I may switch from midnight to bright,

Letting my heart see with all of my might,

And the twilight catches my sight,

This is pure life.

Very nice poem. It feels a bit cosmic and surreal. I like it.
