Quotes about Time

Updated on March 18, 2013

What Does Time Mean to You?

Clocks are designed to measure physical time. Psychological time is private time, or brain time. It is best explained as an awareness of physical time. Psychological time is something that everyone experiences and is usually based on the enjoyment of the activity one is participating in.

Time really does seem to pass slow when waiting for a doctor's appointment, yet flies by while enjoying a casual conversation with an old friend. Individuals tend toe perceive time in different ways, perhaps depending on life events.
