He is the third child out of

The eight children that his parents

Give birth to. Having seen what is

On ground, he decides to take

His life into his own hands and

Started learning a trade. After he

Finished learning the trade, he started

Working with it, albeit with a mind to

Further his education. After raising little

Money he started his part time studies

In one of the satellite campuses of the institution

On the island. As time and tides wait for no one

He finished his degree in the institution but finds

It hard to secure a job which was the common

Phenomenon in the island. As he has gotten a vocational job

He waits not for the white-collar job as he

Continues to do his bricklaying, after all that

Was what he used to sponsor his academics whereas

His elder siblings are still hanging on the aprons

Of his parents to sponsor them in school. As his

Siblings and parents see what he is achieving he

Was called. During the interactive session with

Them they told him that he needs to be assisting them

He understands with them and promised to be of

Assistance to them for after all what are siblings

For? No one can live in isolation in the world we are

Created to be of assistance to one another so that the

World would become a better place for all to live

In. He makes do his promises by sending money home

To his parents and some of his siblings so that they would

While his island was thinking of what to do as the advanced

Countries were doing, the test carried out confirmed that

People have been infected in their island and the

Government has no other option other than declaring

Lockdown in the key islands. While other islands heard

Of this, their leadership also become proactive as they

Declared lockdown in their islands. During this period, the

People who are not working with the government have problems

Because they need to feed themselves, even if they do

Not contract the disease neither come down with other common

Infections in the island, they still need to feed at home. However,

This becomes herculean task for many citizens as the day

Is being prolonged, running to weeks, those who have money

Have spent all they had, and because their source of income is

Daily, wages, it was not long as people because they cannot

Feed started developing other symptoms of diseases, because their

Immunity have plunged thus given the opportunistic infections

Room to operate in their supposedly healthy bodies. This young

Man though did not take ill, but he has spent all he had on him

And has ran out of foodstuffs at home. At this period, his elder siblings

Who are working with the government and whose monthly stipends

Were not stopped, some of them in fact could still raise soft loans to

Meet with their daily challenges, those people never called to ask of
