The dark clouds will go away

Amid the squalls and rants
Only silence is that I need most
I shall wait for affable streams
To embrace me, cajole me
The winds 'll blow gentle
The sky'll be soft and soothing
Only mirth, joy,
And dance 'll be there
Sorrows 'll subside and leave
Laughters will be back
When guys warp hearts
Go berserk
Squeeze out sap
Out of veins
Break vases of their own
With insane rage and
Choose devil over love
When nights please
Days uproot senses
To plunge into the abyss
When the own reflections
Desert and deceive the self
I shall watch the tides of rage
Till the last grip of patience
Welcome venomous potion
In the chalice of life
To overcome and rejoice again
And welcome the resurrection
Out of chaos and ruse
No need to pretend
To be out of stains
To be out of hurts
To be out of hate
To be out of sins
But I shall try
To fit in grooves
Of calm and love
And of compassion
Of sanity
I shall see to serve
Love to give
Touch to please
Speak to delight
Live to love
And die to combat evil
Like a phoenix
My soul will arise
Out of torments
Again and again
Evil clouds will go away
Good will prevail again
Like infinity of the heavens

Thanks, dear brother Manatita. The urge to peace in our souls is strong enough to face onslaughts of any kind. Yes, contemplation on the self and God is very much needed. I pray God to rest in peace all souls ! Thanks for your generous and so insightful comments.

You seem to know the answer. from a yogic standpoint, only two things are meant to be taken seriously: Self-discovery and God-mastery. A longer one but with a strong ending. Much Love.

Insane killings can't be solution to any problem. we all have to live together despite huge differences. Humanity will survive in spite of evil onslaughts. Thanks Ruby, for coming by and for putting up such kind comments.

This is powerful! Poetry to live by. We shall overcome any obstacles they throw at us. A level head prevails. I didn't feel safe the day it happened and I let fear enter, but today I feel as you do. Thank you..

John, what happened in Beljium has jolted the whole world, but the International community loves peace and will one day overcome all this. This hub is that echo. Thanks for your visit and for appreciating this hub.
