And So The Flame Dance

Updated on July 24, 2011

I turn up the music
The music so slow
The music that my grandparent dance to
When their life still glow

I saw a candle light before me

It flickers…

I looked into it carefully
And I saw a picture

Again I glance to it
To make sure

And I did see a picture

A picture that I see
Was them in it
Dancing within the flame

To the music that I played

They spin to the air so high
And twirl unto the wind
It really amazed me to see

The image of my grandparent dancing

Very nice! Where did you get the picture? You're right--the flame looks like two people dancing. Beautiful poem!
