Ship wreck

Updated on November 8, 2010

Stranded at sea

The blackened rage of this storm loses its fright

In the midst of triumph we lose momentum

To bellow out in a forever lost night

No shame is felt in scanty attire

Hearing no signs of human despair

Knowing the wreckage will never be found

Across to that island we swiftly are bound

There is no courage or bravery here

just muddle through with survivor skill

making new terrain feel like home

not even sure I remember

from where I roamed
