Letting it all go, out of my mind, through my eyes, towards the stars, and to the galaxies.

The sky is cloudless
My eyes see every star.
I stand emotionless
No memories of anyone, I don't know who you are...
The moon glows
It looks full, but not quite
Like my mind, it is placid as time flows.
Throughout a soundless night.
I've given up, so I am silent too, the calm before the storm.

Another night and I stand outside
Head back, eyes up, gazing at the sky
The darkest blue I've ever seen
Faraway stars supplying heat
And light for other planets
Different from ours, green and blue
Theirs red, orange, or yellow.

Lost in the universe! This poem is so descriptive and paints a vivid picture.
