Slow Mo Instant Replay, Poem

Updated on April 17, 2013

Teddy bears walk the line

marked by dark chalk

and sink into a world where evil clowns

pass by on their unicycles

Wrinkles form on the hands of those around you

Make your way down as the moonlight shines

Feeling sadness on your face

Silently waiting for your bus to come

Lets have a pillow fight in our underwear

I want to praise you like you praise me

Feel the disease spread as you walk

through the cold, dark room

See color expand into primaries

in an unusual spectrum

Black and white dresses flow around long legs

You would be lucky to be beneath that

You try so hard to test me

but you fail again

The market is closed and we all return home
