Good Words Project

The 44th Good Word in the "Good Words Project." This project , Good Words Project was created by Jo "Grace" Goldsmith, (Jo_Goldsmith11) to inspire her fellow hubbers to be the best writers/authors/poets we could be.

When Jo told me about the project, I made a promise to write a Poem for each "Good Word" she would give us each week, and express what that word means to me.

Thank you Jo for nudging us on.

A smile is……

"Hello" written on your face

A greeting

When at first you meet

Someone face to face

A smile becomes …..

A sheepish grin

When you have something to hide

Like birthday gifts

When the recipient is right there at your side

Source

A smile becomes…..

A sly smile

When you know a secret

About someone you know well

But, still a secret that you will never tell

A smile becomes….

A silly grin

When you meet someone

That you are attracted to

Someone you would like to get to know

A smile becomes…..

You.....

      Hi Shyron E Shenko.

Smile. A gift of God by facial expression send message / communicate;: ' a greeting', ' a sheepish grin', signaling never disclosed secret ,sly, a silly grin smile, you made an impressive glimpse of smile.(!?). In some instances we might never know what's behind a glimpse of smile , mainly because its 'spiritual' origin.

An incident happened to me when siting in a "hot seat" being investigated/accused "guilty" - refusing to submit to doctrines of man and being ' biblical.' We had a ' good time" as I was sitting , facing the penal of " high officials", in total peace with a ' knowing-smile' expressing my happiness to be persecuted for righteousness sake. .. Suddenly a council member jump up from her seat, pointing finger at me, in a high pitch started screaming "he is making fun of us, laughing into our face." ( I wasn't, it was in her spirit ) she was one of the persons who serving the devil , never been comfortable where the Spirit of the Lord prevailed...- occasionally in the same manner during regular 'church ' service...) Those were last hours of my "professional" continuity...

Please, delete my remarks if you find inappropriate. Thank you.

Voting for your hub beautiful and interesting.

      peace with us

Au fait, thank you for the compliment, comment, up-votes, pin and for sharing.

I think maybe your oil filter was leaking, I am glad it was not low and that you are not burning it. This triggered a joke I heard some time ago. A blond joke went something like this: A blond asked the mechanic what is the 710 for. The mechanic told her he did not know and had never heard of a 710 and asked her to show him. He raised the hood of her car and sure enough there was a cap with 710 on it. He laughing hysterically unscrewed the cap and then replaced it. The blond (which I am now, by the way) left in embarrassment after she read OIL.

This should give all mechanics who think women don't know anything about a car a good chuckle.

We are meeting with the developer tonight to see his new concept plan. But I am thinking that he will still be for high density. But, I am thinking he is going to tell us what we want instead of us telling him what we want. I guess we will see tonight.

I hope you are having a Blessed day.

Lovely, Shyron! A smile can do so much and convey so much. It's almost impossible not to return someone's smile. The sprits are lifted and our health benefits.

They say it takes fewer muscles to smile than to frown. I remember years ago when I was much younger, going around at the university just for fun and saying to different men, "Smile, you look so much more handsome when you smile," just to see their reaction. It wasn't uncommon for men to walk up to women and say that so I thought I'd see how it worked on them.

Another wonderful poem to put in your book. Voted up and BAUI. Pinned to Awesome HubPages, and shared on HP.

Hope all is well there. Checked my oil today and it wasn't low, so I guess that's a good thing. Staying warmer at night and that's good too. Blessings and hugs to both you and John. You'll have to let me know how his speech went one of these days. Hope everything is going well on that front too, regarding that developer . . .

Aw, how lovely. A smile brightens the day of another one, and actually helps ourselves too as opposed to a frown.

Sometimes a smile is just what the doctor ordered to make all the difference in one's life for that day.

      Up ++++ tweeting and pinning

      Bless you

There is just nothing like a smile...it can make all of the difference in even the worst day that someone may be having.

You know the ones....the grumpy looking worker in a store where things may not be great that day (or any day) but a smile can take that glum look off their face and light up the inside of them too.

Love the simplicity of this Shyron

Angels are on the way to you this lovely afternoon ps
