Sonnet of Joy
I lift my face to greet the sun
A sweet breeze dances past me
My mount has caught springs feaver he yerns to run
The earth has begun to breathe again colors that were hidden are now all i can see
Snow no longer blankets the ground
All folded wings now spread in flight
Benieth a swans sculpted breast new life is found
The crickets again begin to sing through the warm night
Shards of light shatter as a silver tail whips the blue green water
Golden eyes watch silently within a ginger mask
The wind bats about the clouds much like a playful otter
Upon a log under shadows broken, in a line with feet that paddle several turtles bask
The rhythm of life has begun agian
Open your eyes look around and see joy agian.
