Pink, Yellow & Red

Hues strike against the wall

Black steel coiled up

Shadows left behind

Happiness lingers

From my movement

Love trails behind

In silence

With music

Joy fills the air

Dancing to the sound

How simple it is

Independence

Strength and freedom from

Weakness

Rising with the sun

Moving to the rhythm

Being close to creation

Music was the foundation

Inspiration was found

In the sweetest tiniest things

Loving every bit of life

From dawn until night

Slowly Dying

That's when I was happiest

Before he crept in and

Everything started rotting

Slowly creeping

Day by day

Words strung about in the air

The pits of hell

Burst from flames

Believed he was king

So he reigned

A prisoner was I

Held against my will

Too dead inside to even cry

The joy was shattered

Nothing remained

Only pieces crumbled

On the floor

Dirty and damaged

Nothing was like before
