Soul Mates

Updated on January 21, 2013

Meet me in the night sky
Just the two of us in the twinkling star light.
Feel me weightless and void of form
For your ever loving soul to sense
My ever present love.

Dance with me
Free of earthly bonds and material illusions,
Free of life’s constraints and infinite expectations.

Sleep with me
In the deepest of slumbers
Where eternity prevails
Where our souls never need endure
Solitude and separation
But be forever united in loving unison
As we were on that day of our first sunrise
At the birth of time.

You send incandescent shivers down the back of my poetic soul with these rich words of romantic persuasion.

That reminds me of my youth. And yet part of me still feels like that. Enjoyed. Thank you
