Tender Hands

Updated on September 23, 2009

His Mercy

When my heart aches all through the night

I wake to your tender hands holding my soul.

The love in your hands seems to always take control.
The pain sometimes just wakes me in my sleep

But when I wake your tender hands are there

To keep me warm as I weep.
I long for your touch deep in my soul

Your tender hands always makes me whole.
To bare this pain I can stand

Because your always there with your tender hands.
No one around me seems to understand

That the touch of your hands is all I need

To deal with all this pain, all this sorrow it causes.
So when I sleep, hold me with your tender hands.

When I weep keep your tender hands in reach.

Hold me Jesus set me free.

This is indeed a very nice poetry. It is very comforting to read this. Truly we could find comfort in Jesus tender hands. Thank you Betty for sharing this poetry.
