More about Deborah Brooks Langford

Deborah took up writing when she was a kid. It was her way of trying to understand the things that were happening to her at the time. She has been writing ever since and has accumulated a large diverse portfolio of written works that she now shares with others.

Many things inspire Deborah to write. She can look at a picture, or hear something, or dream of it at night, and a story (whether in poetic or prose form) will come alive inside her head and later bloom on paper.

God is a huge inspiration to Deborah and that is evident in her poetry and other writing. Jane Austen is also an inspiration to Deborah and is her favorite author. She has read all of her books and is a fan of them all. She encourages and mentors Deborah in her creative writing journey.

Writing is a huge part of Deborah's life and something that completes her in a unique way. It is the essence of who she is and will always aspire to be.

Aside from writing Deborah enjoys reading great books and cooking delicious meals. She spends part of her time in Texas and the rest of her time in Tennessee.
