Being grateful for everything, brings great things in your life.
There are so many things, big or small that we can be grateful for in our lives, one tend to forget about them from time to time. Just for instance, you are breathing, it's something to be grateful for, or there's someone that loves you, the list can go on and on.
Being grateful for all the things in your life, and by focusing on the good things and not the bad, will bring more good thing in your life, more things to be grateful for, which means in the end you will be at peace and happy.

What is a Gratitude list?
This is a list of small or big things to be grateful for, make a pick, or choose your own not listed here and start with that to be grateful for, even if it is just one a day, two the next day and so on. Before you know it it will be a second nature.
I challenge you.
Make a list of what you are grateful for, and see how it grows. This is a fun way to see your progress over time, you'll notice great things you've added that wasn't there in your life before, in the end you'll see there is nothing or very less of the "bad" things left in your life, because there won't be any room left for it.
