Introduction

The abuse of our children is happening right under our noses. I am not talking about physical or sexual abuse even though those also happens too often than it should. The abuse I am focusing on is intellectual abuse. Our kids are brain washed by educators and as a result, we have a whole generation of people who lacks the ability to discern. I will cite examples in the news today to prove my case.

- Feb. 2019

Background

If I had to choose one event that made an impact, it would have to be in 2006 with the release of the documentary film by Al Gore - An Inconvenient Truth. It won an Oscar award for best Documentary film that year. Over the next decade, it was mandatory viewing in many elementary and middle schools. Those kids were indoctrinated into the belief of the theory of AGW or man caused global warming and later renamed “climate change”.

This was just the beginning of our study into this phenonmenon. The claim by Al Gore was - science is settled. He was so definitive, it made these kids accept the theory lock stock and barrel. What else do they have to rely on? The film was well done with all the glitz and props of a Hollywood production. Except for one small fact, it was not true. It was only a theory and it was exaggerated to scare little children.

Here is one challenge to all of you readers. Please and go to your library or Netflix or Amazon and get the DVD and watch it today with a fresh eye. You will be amazed at the deception and the lies and most importantly, the failed predictions.

Now in 2019, a whole new generation of millennials are reaching their prime. They are in the work force. People like Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. She is 29 years old who was elected to be the youngest member of the House of Representatives of Congress.

She is pushing the Green New Deal as serious policy to address climate change. She had made statements that defy logic. Here latest controversy was an interview where she advice people to stop having kids as a way to combat climate change.

She has bought into the “scientific consensus” of 97% of climate scientists who believe in the thory of AGW. Despite plenty of evidence to the contrary, her mind is made up. She received an excellent education in Yorktown HS. And later at Boston University. With a degree in economics, she has been taught Democratic socialism is the best system for all. However, she can’t seem to define what is a democratic socialism system and which country practices it.

It is one thing for an individual to believe this stuff and chooses to live their lives accordingly. Drive a hybrid vehicle or be a vegetarian or even not to have kids...is fine if it is an individual choice. However, when you are a member of the Congress of the US and you are pushing these radical ideas and proposing legislation that affects all of us, that is dangerous.

The Real Crime...

I chose the title of this article deliberately. It places the blame not on the millenniels but on our education system. These kids do not know any better. They were indoctrinated from early age. It is child abuse if you think about it. How did we get here? How did our society arrive at a point where a whole institution, like our public schools, became so corrupted. Their main job is to teach the next generation to be thinkers. Instead, we have a genration of lemmings.

Summary

It may be too late for this generation. However, let this be a warning. If we don’t fix the source of the problem, it will recur. The next time, it may be our Constitution or our way of life or liberty and freedom...
