The Mighty Emotions

Updated on November 7, 2019

The Mighty Emotions

No one is insane,

No one is without a brain.

A myth is the term "fool"

Its actually when by your emotions you are ruled.

Its just that to deal with the situation, you do not possess the valour.

And thus by your emotions you get overpowered.

Its just that when with something you get over-obsessed and over engaged,

It leads to intense emotions that you cannot manage.

So,instead of the logical mind, the emotional mind's instructions you obey.

And accordingly,you do and say.

When to anything you are attached,

And when it leaves you or is snatched,

There is birth of extreme emotions and to deal with them, you feel incapable.

And so they start to overpower you and you don't feel stable.

So,does that mean that your mind is unstable and not in its place?

No,unstable is just your thoughts pace.

With their speed, you are unable to compete,

And thus feel a sense of defeat.

You feel tired and defeated coz the lightening thoughts you tried to control,

And control always makes one pressurised and stressed,

And thus,we eventually get exhausted and tolled

And start feeling depressed.

And so as the pace of our thoughts make us restless and tensed,

We are not able to see things with logic and sense.

So you start to see things with the mind filled with stress and fear.

And thus,in the outside too, gloomy, fearful and perilous the world starts to appear.

They name it madness and illusions.

But its just that you see things from the emotional mind's vision.

Its just that when for something you have great value and worth,

And over it you constantly brood,

Intense emotions take birth.

And to deal with them, you lack the aptitude.

You are called mentally impaired,

But its just that by your emotions you are lead.

But you can definitely defeat your emotions and get victory.

You can overpower your thoughts that run in a hurry.

They can be "managed"(not controlled)with ease.

When you repeatedly remind yourself that everything is momentary and nothing forever freezes,

To nothing you will get over-obsessed and attached as you will accept that nothing is perpetual.

And this world will get rid of terms like "mad"and "insane" which are a myth and not actual.

You will use more of logical mind and not emotional mind to comprehend,

When you engage in many things and so with one thing too much time you don't spend.

So chances of getting attached to it will reduce.

And less of emotional mind you will use.
