The Superficiality Of Men.
Beauty to me will never be defined by outward appearance
The eyes are the gateway to telling you all you need to know
It's not the color of black gold nor the blue of the ocean that embraces the sky
It's not the amber whiskey
Nor the green of newly sprung leaves that mimics nature
Nor the change in color that may cast a spell for a time
It's much deeper
The eyes mirror what's in your heart
It shows gladness of spirit
The madness that may reside
the evil that masks itself within
or simply a carefree spirit
It tells us if we look deeply within
The lies that are unfolding
There are little white lies, and then there are lies that cause great harm.
