Everett Bradley, convincingly or not, doesn't do much else other than write and read.

Dead and living
Nobody asked
"What does it mean?"
They didn't say "I don't know. It was authorized."
"By who?"
"The majority. It was decided. They took a vote. The majority."
They simply saw it to the right and made their presence known
so that they could make their presence known
when seen over there on the right.

If you were beaten, would it have been insufferable?
If they were sweetened, would it have been Kubla Khan?
Where we wouldn't know, should they look right, is where we live
And a horrid juice from the fruits of labor you seem to bear
Slip through closed eyes, shirking onus as a trained means to advertise
To those who look right
To the majority. It was decided. We took a vote. The majority.

We took a vote
Are we hung in the trees?
Dead and Living?
And we took a vote. We're the majority. It was decided. The majority.
There is not a Khan. You decided. You looked right. We decided there's no Khan.
We always look too right.
Its the wal. The wal we make
and the wal we cannot get passed
And suppose who will hit the wal when we cannot?
It will be a man who has to make the wal himself
because it was authorized. Because we're the majority.
And maybe then,
With a sole dictator,
We can have a Khan.
