The Wishful Light (2006)

Updated on September 22, 2013

The Wishful Light

Back to autumn with promises for endless springs

The way through winter glides along thy wings

The wishful darkness thus incised to reveal the light

The light so carefully yearned in thy dreary sight

It all provided reason to wait longer for thy dream

It finally delivered an inference sewed in seam

The spring scents swayed in their scintillating wave

Even as the white days were in their prime rave

Taken ahead the resemblance of transparence

Realizing the realm of the lost effervescence

This was a triumph, a conclusion to all thee behold

This was the commencement of the mistaken old
