The Box
I live in the bottom of the sea
far away from where the eye can see
I was dropped from a ship long ago
in a time when people lived a life of show
they were transporting a treasure so fine
so rare, like striking a goldmine
they took me on their travels of afar
following the glow of the moon and the north star
but then came a storm so tough
the ship could not handle the waves so rough
the rain fell and the wind blew
the ship crumbled along with the crew
then I began to sink so deep
into the sea, carrying all the secrets I keep
with the hopes of one day being found
until then, though, I remain stuck in this sandy ground
but if you were to find me where I lay
oh, the things I would share and say
you just have to open me up to see
all the wonders I hold dear to me
you would become a god of all
with the knowledge at your beckon call
but please be a little wary
for the knowledge I hold may be a little scary
because there's always two sides to every three
so come here, open me up so we
can unleash a power upon this land
one where no man can withstand
and you will have no worries about being defeated
so you will become quite conceited
but isn't that the life of a god with might?
see, all this is your true birthright
so, I will wait for you to find me
here on the bottom of the sea
