The Tree (poem)
Remember where you kissed when you where young?
Is this the tree which hid us when we’d kiss
Those summer days now very far away
That scent of flowers isn’t here today
Just fond reminders of the things we miss
-
The pulse of passion passing mid your leaves
Two helpless hearts so lost amid the flow
Exploring dreams of realms we didn’t know
Captured in the splendor of the web love weaves
-
From then till now those feelings linger on
Though time and couple are no longer there
So special is the meaning of that pair
That on forever are those moments drawn
-
This is the tree which brought love to our view
Just close your eyes and you will feel it too
