Time For Breakfast

Updated on July 18, 2015

Hello There

Hello

Bear

Come quick

You wouldn't believe what I see

My eyes aren't even open yet

I heard a noise

Then as I looked out my sliding glass door

We had an early morning visitor

Somebody hungry?

I was thinking of pancakes

Bacon and eggs

English muffins covered with jelly

Oatmeal and orange juice

What better way to start your day

Than with a good breakfast

Breakfast of champions

May the rest of your day

Be just as exciting

Filled with curiosity and awe

Gypsy Rose Lee The feeling of excitement of starting a new day starts at my toes and travels through my body like a flash of lightning. I am so happy to share my day with you. Beautiful weather here in the 80's. Thank you for reading and commenting.

That would certainly be a surprise to wake up to...a bear on the deck. I believe in starting the morning with a hearty breakfast too...eggs on toast and a cup of coffee followed by pink grapefruit this morning. Nice hub.

Peggy W It was taken from a good friend and he had a few incredible videos also. He is very careful respecting animals and their environment. It is very important to keep a safe distance because of the dangers involved. The beauty of nature and wildlife is something we can all appreciate. Thank you for reading and sharing. I am having a big bowl of fruit salad to start my day. Hope your day starts of healthy and happy and ends wonderful.

Is that your photo? If so, you obviously live in an area which you share with bears. I remember when we visited Sequoia National Park and Capitol Reef National Park, we were warned not to leave any food in our cars overnight or risk bears breaking into them. One must be careful when sharing the same environment with wildlife, particularly such large creatures such as bears.
