Too Late for Redemption

1. Fiery frothing Phosphoresence!!!

Forgive me swearing, Your Magnificence!

I am overwhelmed to my very essence

As I stand before Your esteemed presence.

I bow and tremble in holy reverence

Offering gifts with sweet-smelling fragrance.

Unsighted, blinded by Your glorious radiance

not subject to any known human ingredients.

Ah! Your great and Almighty Pre-eminence,

I would gladly do every known penance

for one last shot at making a grand entrance

to dazzle Earth's overbearing "little" remnants

who have unimaginably wicked penchants

For misleading God's innocent infants.

Don't overlook this spurious repentance;

Favour me with Your divine providence!!

2. Child, your swearing nevertheless,

I loved you so much, to excess.

Gave you chance after chance, limitless

poured out My heart's loving and gracious ingredients.

You ignored My overtures, in very essence

Turned your back on this very same desirable radiance

Frustrated My grace and asked for comeuppance

And now, you have received it in advance.

Never thought it'ld be like this - eh? Lance?

You crossed the line and for gratitude, gave Me mere pittance.

I longed to hold you in My ever-loving arms

All I got were curses and totally hateful squirms!

Now, you come up with some more serious craziness

Asking for mercy at the Throne of Judgment?!!!! What impudence

Be gone, you son of evil, from My very Presence!!!

When it was FREELY GIVEN, you turned your back on My providence!

It does not matter how long or how far you have strayed from God,

Just return (now that you still live) and He will turn your life around again.
