Too MANY times GOD is Misunderstood

Updated on January 3, 2013

GOD is good and yes sometimes He

can be misunderstood, we can’t always

understand why he allows this or that to

happen to us. That’s why we still mumble

and fuss, there are times we feel like shouting

LORD why are you doing this to me.

Haven’t I given my whole life to thee?

what more do you want from me?

Why are all these trials being hurled

at me?. Oh Lord when will you look

down from your throne and hear

my humble plea? Are you hearing me

or are you just ignoring me?.

I pray for blessings and yet nothing has

come my way. Then I heard a still small

voice and I heard him say, my child I love

you more than anyone could. I give you food

and water to go from day to day.

I am a God of variety and that’s why I made

some rich and poor, I made some of my

children white, yellow and some black,

some strong and some weak, some loving

and some caring. My child my voice you will

not always hear speaking aloud to you.

Look around you and see the sceneries I’ve

blessed you with every evening I paint a new

sunset in the sky. My beautiful rainbows are

sometimes smeared across the sky.

I am your father , I am your porter I am

the one that created you, I alone knows

what it takes to mold you. I don’t need

you to tell me what I should and shouldn’t

do I will never give you more than you can

bear and those words I want to echo in your

ear.

Sit back and let me carve out something

good from in you.

I hear your every whisper and prayer.

I don’t need you to keep shouting at me. I

am the father and you are the child let me do

as I do. Don’t I always come in the darkest hour?

when all hope seems as though its gone?

When your sails are thorn and your ship is

tossed and battered? Don’t I come around and

calm the raging sea ? I have billions of children

to tend to everyday you have one sometimes

two and feel like the whole world is upon you.

I need you to know that everything happens

for a reason and there is nothing you can do.

For I am in control of you, you may not always

like the way I handle you, but it is only divine love

can see beyond the trials and temptations that

I’ve set before you.

Let go and let me have my way and all will be well

with you.
