Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem

Updated on February 12, 2015

Another Day

A little bit queezy

Not fully awake

I may be hungry

My mind is like an over wound wind up wrist watch

I should of stopped earlier

Now it's too late

I turned and turned until tight

I hope it works

Wow I got lucky

It still keeps ticking

Now if my old watch can make it through the day

So can I

What is so different than yesterday ?

What will make me feel better ?

Make me be smarter ?

Make me more money ?

Give me more time with the people I love ?

Well life isn't that simple

Have you read the newspaper or seen the news lately ?

Just go on the Internet and see ?

Stop !

I have to get a grip

Too much too fast is going to make any ones head swim

An old catchy phrase I hard so many times growing up

Relax

Breathe

Now what is important in my life now ?

My sanity

My safety

My good health

The rest is extra

All well and good

But if the engine doesn't look good under the hood

It doesn't matter how nice the car looks

You might as well scrap it for junk

Pennies on the dollar

Now lets see what the real problem is

The weather is cold and we have so much snow

I love snow and it is already February 11th

Once we get through this month

There will be nothing to worry about

So that is not the problem

Valentine's Day on Saturday

We both have to work

So we celebrated it early and had a wonderful dinner

Then we had some special lov'n when we got home

All good on the home front

So what is it ?

Work

It has to be work

No work is going good

The past two weeks we had snow storms

The weather was really bad

So I had to call in

Something I never do

It really bothered me

So I lost two days pay

The past few Mondays

So I had an extra pajama day

We are getting our income tax done

Money coming back

For once it's not about the money

I stopped writing for week

I missed writing

It put me on edge

Now I have wrote a hub that keeps me thinking

I am writing with a different theme in mind

I have been doing a lot of shoveling lately

So exercise is not the problem

I have been doing lots of reading

That always makes me feel good

My laptop has been acting up

Not connecting to the Internet

Today after a few attempts to clean up any problems

Everything is working fine

I went to bed early so I got eight hours sleep

I usually get five or six hours a night on average

Lately I have had some hew ideas

I will test them out and see if they fly

So that is a good thing

After working my thoughts in a few different directions

I haven't come any closer to an answer

Or maybe I have

I have unleashed my hidden thoughts and got to empty out my head

A do feel a little bit lighter

That is a sigh of relief

I am heading in the right direction

Now I am going to give my mind some time to process my thoughts

Off to do the laundry and wash up some dishes

That keeps my mind occupied

There is another snowstorm on the way

So I can go out and shovel to move the snow back farther

Making room for more

When and if it comes

Well I thought I would leave you with this

There are times in life we can't explain

There might be a lot of reasons why

We don't know unless we try

Racking our brain to figure out a solution

We may think

So many thoughts

Some good

Some not so good

We know deep down

We are a good person and in time

Better answers will come around

For now we play the waiting game

There is no shame

We take full responsibility for all our actions

So there is no one to blame

With a clear mind , healthy food and sleep

Notice I didn't say fast food

Junk food or soda

They are not only bad for you but they can give you the wrong kind of energy

Hyper energy that you can't control

So when your battery is running low

Only 12%

Time to plug on in and recharge

Turn to friends for some quick advice

If not sure seek your own answers

By asking as many questions as you want and see what new knowledge you may find

About yourself

Something you never told anyone before

Your thoughts so scrambled like eggs

Are so much better when they are sorted out

Grab a sheet of paper and write

Maybe you might write a few pages or 23 like me

You can put them aside for now or glance at them in a different light

When you feel ready

For me a strobe light works well

In the dark is my favorite

Then go on with your day

Loving the littlest things that make you smile

It is so much better than complaining and causing trouble

If you do this often enough

Your problems won't seem as big

You will have rid yourself of that unwanted and unneeded word fear

Where do we go from here ?

Your guess is as good as mine

All I can say with complete honesty

Is we made it this far

So lets help someone else out

Take our mind off what bothers us

A little kindness goes along way

It has a reverse affect

Making us feel better about ourselves

Traveling fast to our inner core

Striking it rich

Like gold

So precious and shinny

Nobody has it

But we can see it none the less

In stories that we have heard or alive in our imagination

Banks are filled with it

They say it is so beautiful it glows

It's only a guess

How the heck would I know
