The essence of my spirit moves me in ways my mind cannot understand.

Wherein its mysteries lies lessons I am yet to learn,

I drink with effervescent wisdom the elixir it offers.

Pondering in its heavenly gaze I stand with grace and hope,

It lifts my soul and elevates me to destinations yet unknown.

The essence of my love talks to my heart in words I cannot yet fathom,

It speaks in dulcet tones, a thousand nightingales I cannot compare.

Herein God's mercy I am found, transcendent and serene,

I bathe in a lustre of bewilderment,

as the voice within me transports me to a heavenly zone.

The essence of my soul sits on the throne of my thoughts,

Therein I ponder out over elysian fields.

Cascading landscapes unfurl like velvet dreams, nourishment to my eyes,

In Elysium's shade I stand enraptured by the vision in my sight,

With its majestic beauty it burns this heart of stone.

The essence of my being is found in you,

Sanctified on the alter of atonement,

I stand rooted as you cast iridescent shadows that light up the skies.

In languid state my mind and heart synchronise in awe of you,

As I bask in the ineffable glory of your celestial state,

and here on the bedrock of our imagination as the poets rejoice,

No words are passed but within the meaning of the soul the music echoes,

It takes me to all the places my dreams have known.
