When Will This Phase Be Over? Poems

Updated on July 5, 2017

WHEN WILL THIS PHASE BE OVER?

Failing, faulting, missing;

Or maybe I never really found anything?

Searching, finding, keeping;

Is it what I truly want and need?

Taunted by the dreams, I killed myself

Helped by their love, I never wake

When will this phase be over? I wonder

Will I live? I questioning it

I WISH

I wish my head as hard as iron helmet

The only way to break it only by melt it

I wish my eyes have rainbow in its color

So it can change in flash to cover my tears

I wish my heart as big as the ocean

So it can flooded with pain but still full of love

I wish I don’t have to have a wish

So I can live in all of ease

    First poetry hub I read this far on this site and must say it was worth it. What makes the impact most is what is written with your own blood, there is an urdu couplet which loosely translated means "Where is the verse, it is my blood oozing from my bleeding heart, spread over words; I have put the wounds my heart on display, to warm up the evening". God bless and keep writing.

    I to wish that we all could be free from hurt and sorrow in our lives. We must take each day as it comes to us and deal with it. Keep the sunshine and smile on your face, it will help you get through those sad and heart hurting days. Nice post I was stirred by your poem.
