When I am cranky panky~

There is no pleasing me~

When I am Cranky Panky~

You best leave me be.

When I am cranky panky~

I wake up in a rotten mood~

When I am cranky panky~

Nothing seems fun to do.

The sun could be shinning~

I would still think it dreary~

The house could be filled with happy people~

And I would still think it eerie.

There could be many a smiling face that I meet~

And I would look the other way to not greet.

Anything anyone says I would hear as a negative~

Nothing any one could do would in my book~

Be a positive.

When I am cranky panky~

I am in a very fowl mood~

My face will frown~

And my eyes will turn down.

I will be irritable~

Not any where approachable~

Short-tempered~

Cantankerous~

And most definitely petulant.

Some people will call me~

Prickly~

I say they are icky!

I am telling you for the last and final time~

When I am cranky panky~

There is no pleasing me~

When I am Cranky Panky~

You best leave me be.
