Dedicated to Your Recovery, Marlene. Get well.

You are nothing but beauty, effulgent beauty,

Wherever I look Your aura mesmerises;

Cascading snowflakes to the magna of my Soul.

The wave rises and the sun sets;

The morning dawns and the skies turn blue.

But a heart in fullness weeps delight,

From emotions burning with the breath of joy.

As a boy I loved the country:

I bathed with the larks;

Whistled merrily with the zephyrs;

Danced with the vibrant petunias.

At nights, I would bring the moon down,

Embrace – from my window – a galaxy of shooting stars.

I was a child then!

I flew to the radiant sun,

Mimed the melody of many roosters;

Spun tops and played marbles in grandpa's yard.

But now, Your wondrous love overpowers my spirit;

Your resplendence knows no parallel.

Peerless among the chosen,

You send sweet thrills to a heart pulsating rhythms;

A Soul on fire and glimmering in Your lustre.

My tongue is trembling, and I do not speak.

Instead, I melt, like butter, saturated

By the warmth of the cookware in which it sits.

Only it is the Light of myriad firmaments,

And we both float in an expanse of matchless Love.

Sweet Sunbeam, charmed Ray of hallowed Light,

Flood my Heart with Your effulgence,

Transport me through the portals of Bliss Supreme,

And take me HOME to Thee.- Manatita 3rd March, 2015. The Lantern Carrier. Copyrighted.

      Manitita, the depth of expression emits from you like water from a fountain. You take people all the way to the top of love's mountain. Marlene is a beautiful person. We are glad to know of her through her own hubs and through your writing spirit of her. May she be healed to live forever through the everlasting life of Jesus, here on earth as we all should strive for to do. With much love and good health, Al

      Excellent work. Those were the things you did as a child, but I still do them. I am not meant to grow up, am I?

      Sweetheart, do you know what Manatita means? It is my Soul's name and was given to me by Sri Chinmoy in 1989 near Christmas time. It means Beyond the Mind - in the Heart of our Lord Beloved Supreme.

      I have sat in deep prayer and meditation daily without fail for 33 years! Our Beloved has given me some intuitive gifts. He he. Lol.

      My Heart is with you, and my prayers are for you. God speed to better health.

      I have no idea how you knew of my failing health. I just returned from my doctor's office this morning. I have told no one of my condition, yet you already knew. My heart is failing and it leaves me as silent as the suggestion in the video.

      We are never promised to be here on this earth forever, but today's news makes me pause to consider how I will spend the rest of my days here on earth. Thank you for this beautiful poem. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend.

      MsDora, A wonderful contribution here. Yes, children want to go to the moon and bring it down. Gratitude ...

      Yes, Mary, I like it to sing sometimes. Poesia Cantata is just like this one. It sings deliberately. Love to you and family this Sunday evening. Peace.
