Why People Go Abroad From Pakistan?

Updated on June 23, 2016

Why people go abroad from Pakistan? is a question in my mind that often invites me to think and to think seriously that why they really need to go abroad to earn their livelihood? Can't they earn their livelihood living in Pakistan? If they can earn their livelihood living in Pakistan,is it enough to feed themselves and their families?

Now let me to find answers for above questions:

First thing is that it is true that they really need to go abroad to earn their livelihood because it is a bitter reality that they can't earn their livelihood living in Pakistan and if some of them are able to earn their livelihood living in Pakistan,it is not enough for them to feed both of themselves and their families, so they need to go abroad to earn their livelihood to feed themselves and their families and they go to other countries of the world like as Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, United Kingdom, USA and they go to many other countries looking for their livelihood ,so that they may become able to feed themselves and their families and may become able to make their lives better.

Another question comes into mind that why they really need to do this? Why they have to leave their families and their dears to earn their livelihood? a better livelihood.

There is a famous proverb:

'East or west, home is the best.'

But many poor people from Pakistan are forced to go abroad to earn the livelihood for them and their families, they are not forced to do this by any armies but they are forced to do this by their domestic needs, what are these needs? These needs are their hunger, their thirst, their desires to fulfilled, their desires for a better life for themselves and for their families and all this is possible only if they have enough money to rise their life standard and unfortunately most of the people in Pakistan are not able to earn enough money to rise their life standard and that's why they have to go abroad to earn better livelihood for them where they do many labor jobs and some of them earn there with their skills as some of them work as welders, car painters, plumbers, auto mechanics and they do many other jobs to earn their livelihood and some highly educated people also go abroad to earn better livelihood for them and also to enjoy some respect because usually they don't get enough earnings in Pakistan and often they are not respected by the authorities for their services, consequently they are filled with disappointment and want to run at a place where they can get respect and better earnings for their services, although many of them don't want to go abroad, they love their country and they really want to do

something for the betterment of their country but unfortunately they are forced to leave their country because after all they have to earn their livelihood for themselves and their families and they have the right to earn their livelihood from anywhere in the world if they are not able

to get it in their own country, a country that is motherland for them and everybody loves his motherland and no one want to go away from his motherland but they are forced to do so and

there are some more reasons for this as the energy crisis in Pakistan is a most panic issue these days for the people of Pakistan.

Now let me tell you that how the energy crisis is forcing the people go abroad from Pakistan?

The energy crisis in Pakistan is a major issue these days and there is power load shedding of 8 to 16 hours in a 24 hours day and some times it increases and even it is unscheduled some times.

The factories and the industries are not able to provide the sufficient work for the people of Pakistan, if some of the industries are able to provide some work for their laborers, the income they get, is not enough to feed both of themselves and their families, so they have to think to go abroad to earn the better livelihood for themselves and their families.

The industry owners themselves also not earning enough due to the big energy crisis in Pakistan and consequently they are also shifting their industries abroad, so that they might earn enough according to their dreams.

Unfortunately there are no signs of the end of the energy crisis in near future and as result many of the people are rushing abroad from Pakistan.

There is another reason for why the people going abroad? And that reason is that the government of Pakistan is not creating enough jobs for the educated and the skilled people.

As all we know that every government in the world has it's responsibility to provide the basic facilities of the life for it's people and these facilities are education, healthcare and jobs for it's unemployed people but I am sorry to say that the government in Pakistan, whether it is the federal government or any provincial government, is not providing enough jobs for the people of Pakistan.

Now let me tell you how the government of Pakistan forcing the people go abroad from Pakistan?

As I mentioned earlier that no government in Pakistan, whether it is the federal government or any of the provincial governments, is not providing enough jobs for it's people.

There are many number of unemployed people in Pakistan and their number is increasing everyday.

There are many people who have the higher qualifications and having many degrees, they are wandering here and there in search of the job but first they don't get any job at all and if they get one, they are not able to earn enough to feed themselves and their families because the price of everyday use articles is increasing with the passage of everyday and the people are becoming pessimists and looking to run away to any other country of the world where they might earn enough to feed themselves and their families and same is the case with the skilled people and they have to go abroad to increase their livelihood.

And the poor laborers also have to go abroad, although they can earn their livelihood living in Pakistan but it is not enough for them to feed both of themselves and their families, though they have to do more tough work abroad but they can increase their livelihood and can make the lives better for themselves and their families, doing little extra work.

So the people are being forced to go abroad from Pakistan for the sake of earning their better livelihood, they are forced to run away from Pakistan because of the energy crisis, because of the lack of the jobs and most importantly their government is not supporting them to feed themselves and their families.
