Wild Music

Updated on August 22, 2012
Leaves crumble beneath my feet
Like voices
They speak to me
Lyrically
Humming an unpredictable
Melody

Nature
In raw
Reality
Embraces me
Musically

The sun begins to set
Rays of light
Pierce the clouds
Drooping over the mountain side
Lifting up
The voices of sound

My callused fingers
Cast a stone
Over the cliff's edge
Tapping and clapping
Against the rock wall
Jumping from ledges
As it falls

Sounds of music
Leap into the evening
Under pink skies
Keeping me dreaming
Sharing so modestly
The tune of infinity
Briefly mapping
The road of the galaxy

That line you wrote "The tune of Infinity", wow! such words like that, are scribed by that of the gods of poetry, yikes you are a great poet indeed, and may be one of them poetic gods in the unforeseen future, that I can sense here.

Beautiful piece! voted up and out Sky.
