“Congratulations! Congratulations! Congratulations!
Brother Bill, Sister Beverley.
We hoist your supreme glories banner high.
In you, for you, our blue gold, satisfaction-sky.” –Sri Chinmoy
Inspirations from Sri Chinmoy
The ripe yellow shine of the mango cannot be separated from its flesh. Its fresh, sweet, succulent taste, especially from a tropical or natural setting, is a delight to the gods.
The sky cannot be separated from the Cosmos. Its magnetic indigo blue of infinitude, its life-nourishing rays of the sun, radiates powerfully through the heavens, sustaining life with its ever-radiant energy.
The twinkling stars glide gleefully in the twilight of the night, tugging at moonbeams and celestial minstrels across the sky, singing their love-songs of liberation.
The whistling willow whispers to the moon, telling of alluring tales of carnations, palm and mulberry trees, all serving as healing or remedial balms for lovers; for those who seek solace from strife.
Words… they can be so meaningful for us! Seen from a higher standpoint, they serve as a panacea for lovers; add comfort to the sorrowful soul. They refresh the life-energy and educate all those who seek knowledge in their various fields of endeavour.
Many great writers and artists’ have been and are still being pioneers of this gift, but the writer William Dale Holland, stands out loud and clear and is held by many, in the highest esteem.
Ably supported by his beautiful wife Beverley, they present almost as inseparable as the various images I shared above, which I have used - perhaps not as touchingly - to present a love which has held like an embryo to its womb, for so many years.
O Light, my awakening Light, You permeate the pages of Bill’s Writer’s Mailbox, bringing joy, happiness and solace, to innumerable souls! Your funny wit, artistically clever use of language, Your wise reflections and adventure, inspires the mind and reaches the Heart.
O Light, my illumining Light, You awaken the slumber of sleeping souls, adding zest, flow and vibrancy, like a river of Love, giving selflessly of itself, without expectations. O Light, my effulgent Light, what a charming, diligent, versatile and receptive vehicle You possess in the illumined mind and receptive Spirit and pen of William Holland.
Yet the butterfly does not come forth without its cocoon; neither does the rainbow reflect its resplendent beauty, without the perennial vastness.
Welcome Beverley Holland, a graceful, charming, supportive and devotional Spirit, offering up her ‘sweet’ sacrifice, her fortitude and savvy, to the quintessential benefit of the family unit as a whole. An additional right hand of her husband, if even in an inner sense. All praise to the Weaver who carved you so diligently … so effectively, my Dear.
And so we await or perhaps have seen this 200th epitome of Light, of service, of generosity and magnanimity with a fullness and vastness of Heart, endlessly nourishing our lives and Spirit.
Sri Chinmoy's song. One of the Four Universals: Welcome, Congratulations, Thank You and Farewell
“Thank you, thank you, thank you, x2
For you, our Heart’s gratitude due, x2
Your kindness-oneness flow, x2
Brightens your glories glow, x2
Thank you, thank you, thank you.” –Sri Chinmoy.
Wisdom-Flowers from Sri Chinmoy
"There are two kinds of people.
One loves to serve the world,
The other tries to lord it over the world."
"Individual self-transcendence,
Collectively inspires humanity at large." -Sri Chinmoy.

The Woman on The Mountain top. A Free Verse Sonnet
Kissing my Breath With Her Sweetness
She came with the twilight moon,
Kissing my breath with Her sweetness.
Stunned by Her bewildering nectar of sugarcane juice,
My Heart was on fire, with the fullness of Love.
I danced with the twinkling stars,
Ornamenting the heavens with their allure;
The illumining sun rose to greet me,
Adorning my Spirit, with candles of Light.
Stay! My sweet Symphony! My Bells of joy!
Tarry a little longer.
I know not from whence You came,
Nor why I'm so 'wounded' by Delight.
Yet I sing of Your illustrious grandeur,
In the sweet tabernacle of my soul.
* Stolen from Bill's Heart, for his wife Beverley*. (Sweet smiles)
