Poem : You are forever mine

Its been awhile and long

You came to my life

When I don’t know else what to do

But then you called my name

And you were there

You're always there

Always listening to what I have to say

To my dreams and wishes

And my longings

At night you show your light

In daytime, you make yourself appear

Even when I am sleeping

You appear in my dreams

But that was long ago

You suddenly disappear

And now I keep on looking for you

Searching far and wide

Trying to search all the places’

Where we have been before

But to no avail

 

I cant find you

So I spread my wings

And search for you far and wide

You became more elusive

I keep on wondering why

You have left me alone

All alone to deal with life

I don’t know else what to do

And nothing else matter

Except to seek and find you

Where I could not have the strength

To keep on going

Maybe I did something wrong

You just walked away

And left me all alone

You know very well my love

I can't keep go on my own

Why my love

You have to find another arms

Another river to swim

And you forget me

Why is that when we find love

They just go away

And just disappear

And never comes back

How is it that my love

Can't keep you right beside me

And you just seem to fly

Like a bird in the sky!

Maybe someday somehow

You will be back in my arms

And together we will fly

And be one with the sky!

By then I shall have peace

And love will be plenty

And you will always be

Forever mine!
