Your family tree

Updated on April 27, 2010

The man standing reaching out his hands beneath our tree standing in between you and me.

What are we to do?

What are we to see?

What does this man have to say to you and me?

This man standing beneath our tree.

I want to know says me this half of our tree.

I want to know what this man says to me.

To this half of my tree.

I am this man you see standing beneath your tree.

The man standing and waiting to see.

What does this tree have to say to me?

This tree that is far above me.

This tree to the top of which I can’t see.

I will stretch my arms out to reach.

I will reach both sides of this tree.

This tree that stands strong and tall above me.

I will try to see what love this tree has for me.

What am I to do?

What am I to say?

What am I to see?

What am I to pray for this man standing beneath me?

This side of our tree.

I will send energy from our top.

Our top to this tree.

This man who is standing beneath our tree.

This man who expects nothing from me.

From me this half of our tree.

Just the question of what does this tree has to say to me.

So I will see.

We must decide our answer to this man.

Who stands beneath me?

This half of this tree.

Our tree.

Let us tell him to reach further out to you and me.

Reach far to touch both your side and mine.

Tell him to feel the love we send from the tops of our tree.

This enchanted place beneath you and me.

Let us pray for his healing and peace.

Let us reach out to the top of our canopy.

Which is closer to God than he .

We will reach farther to the top and we will pray and we will see.

I will give this man this half of me.

I will also give this man this half of me.

I am this man standing beneath your tree.

Reaching far now for you see.

My arms are not strong enough to touch both you and he.

I can not see what you try to give to me.

You this magnificent tree.

Standing tall above me.

Both sides of your tree please reach out to touch me.

Let me see what you see.

Let me feel what you have to say to me.

Me to be a part of your tree.

Standing in the center of you, you and me.

I am reaching out to this tree

I am reaching for them to see

For them to see me this half of their tree.

This man standing beneath you, you, and me.

I am a part of your tree.

I will sing the sweet melody that you gave me.

This part of your tree.

This tree which now I see

I can see beneath our tree.

I see the man of which you spoke.

Who cried for you and me .

For this whole tree of which now I see.

Of which he cried to this family tree .

The family of which I clearly see.

From up here at the top of our tree.

Our canopy reaching up to the heavens so we can see

What’s inside of this grand tree?

The tree that is all of us, us three

Our family complete

Inside this tree

This family tree that is you and me.

Dedicated to my Daddy he always had a thing with trees. I miss you 1956-2010
