As a Gift for Your Wife, Fireproof Your Marriage

There are few movies that I will add to my collection if I have not seen them first. Fireproof was one of those exceptions to that rule. And to be honest I am glad that I broke that rule. My dad and grandfather were both firemen. This movie helped me understand a bit more of what they were willing to do to help others. How they were willing to share their time with others and help out in their lives. It also gave me a bit of an idea what my mom and grandmother went through as the spouses of these two. How they had to wonder what their husbands were facing and wiling to stay by their sides. This movie is a great way to look into the lives of others. You can see how what they are going through can help you and your spouse with what you are going through. Giving ideas on how to work together to make your lives better by loving each other. Even if it is a one day at a time approach it is time well spent. As I said this movie is well worth watching and owning because of what it can bring to your family. The enjoyment and the encouragement are both engrained in this movie.

If you choose to take the Love Dare remember that it takes a commitment. It is easy to start but not always easy to finish. I know as it took me a while to read through the book and to get past the first few days. That is why I am saying it takes commitment. Second if you are willing to commit, remember that it takes giving your full commitment. Not just I did this day in 30 seconds and now I wait until tomorrow to do the next dare. If you are going to try then think ahead and remember that this takes 40 days to get through not 40 minutes. It may come down to taking it day by day and commuting to reaching the end and the benefits that that will bring to your marriage.
