Bared to You tells the story of Gideon Cross, a rich millionaire, who meets marketing editor, Eva Tremmell. In the book Bared to You, Gideon and Eva meet within the first few chapters and the book immediately takes of with an erotic tale of a sexual relationship between the two. But, this is no average sexual relationship.

Reflected in You: A Crossfire Novel, by Sylvia Day, is the second book in the A Crossfire Novel series. Reflected in You quickly begins where Bared to You left off and the sexual saga of Gideon and Eva continues. As their relationship gets stronger, Gideon still struggles with sex being the only way he knows how to express his love. While Eva is not complaining, the psychiatrist suggests that that the two or on a road to a romantic disaster that may never work.

With a relationship built on sex alone, the two find themselves with the possibility that their unhealthy relationship may not be salvageable.
