Usage of Them vs. Those
Looks like my question didn't come through like I thought, let's try again. I commonly hear the pronoun "them" used incorrectly, such as "It's one of them things where . . . " or "I need to get me one of them hotdogs." I know that it's incorrect, but how do I explain it to the offender?
I wouldn't bother explaining it - language evolves over time and mistakes such as those you've explained should simply be considered part of slang speech. If you're wanting to pick people up for these grammatical mistakes then I suppose we should also tell them that it should be "one of those things that/which", and "I need to get one of those hotdogs" (no me)
I say let it roll. Sounds wierd to me as well but vareity in spoken English is good as long as it doesn't distort meaning.

I am noticing that there are comments appearing on my hubs that have nothing to do with what my hub is about. Somehow the comments are appearing on my hubs that must have been intended for someone else. This started within the last 2-3 days.
