what is the proper word to use:We provide steroid testing or We provide steroids testing

I propose a shorter sentence:
"We test for steroids."

Think about this sentence: We provide relationship advice, or we provide relationships advice.
Rule of thumb: if a noun sounds like its own plural, you can safely treat it that way whenever you are in doubt.
